The dark cork is manufactured from recycled cork particles and is produced industrially without the use of additives and requires low energy consumption. Whereby the light cork is 98.5% natural with a small amount of adhesive to bind the granules, making it durable and user friendly.

The top of the table features a Terrazzo, Granite or custom stone inlay, increasing durability and functionality.

The African cork side tables are available in two shapes.

Only the dark-grade cork is suitable for outdoor use.

The Tall African Cork Side Table is a more colourful evolution of our shorter African stools. Inspired by traditional African stools, headrests and totem poles. Designed to be used as a plinth, a side table, or as a nest of tables with our shorter African Cork stools or side table.

The Tall African Cork Side Tables are available in two shapes.

Modern Cork Side Table – 600mm

Manufactured in Cape Town from organic and completely recyclable, 100mm dark or light composite grade cork, or dark or light facade grade cork, electro galvanised and epoxy coated mild steel.

The cork is untreated, raw and natural, with an optional sealant, where the natural cork can be treated with a water-based varnish.

This product can be customised to client requirements.

Glass and Painted Cork Tall Table

Manufactured in Cape Town from organic and completely recyclable dark facade cork, 10mm toughen dark grey glass, aluminium and stainless steel.

This piece plays with paint pigments to emphasize the unique texture of the cork in combination with the smooth surface and contemporary feel of the glass.

The cork as material is transformed with a coat of unique Mexican blue paint: It retains its unique texture and sustainable properties, and its durability is further enhanced by the paint.

Staggered Table and Benches

Custom designed and fabricated 3m – 3.4m American Ash table and benches, electro-galvanised 5mm steel. Finished in a durable black ferrograin powder coating and polished stainless-steel bolts.

The timber consists of 45mm, 60mm & 100mm thick American Ash timber, hand finished and sealed with a durable water-based varnish.

This product can be manufactured in indoor or outdoor timbers, the American Ash version is recommended for indoor/covered use only. Dimensions and thickness of timber may vary depending on availability of stock
